Week 1

Lacee builds you up from your very first workout with expert cues and encouragement to guide you safely through a range of foundational exercises.

Week 2

It's time for more intensity—but still at your pace—as you continue your cardio, upper and lower strength training, and bodyweight mobility workouts.

Week 3

It all comes together as you take what you've learned and combine the movements in a series of workouts that leave you feeling strong and energized.

UP Week

UP Week stands for Unconditional Progress and it’s your moment to recover or take advantage of the optional workouts to keep up your progress.
