My Favorite Workout Gear for Busy Moms
As a busy mom, comfort and functionality are everything when it comes to workout clothes! Finding the right sports bra is essential, especially for high-intensity workouts. Here are my two favorites:
This high neck purple sports bra from Target! This sports bra looks way more expensive than it actually is! It’s super classy and the violet color is so pretty! I bought it in a size medium and it fits true to size!
This sports bra is SO soft, oh my goodness! I’m a sucker for a cute high neck sports bra and this one fits the bill! Got it in a size medium!

As a mom constantly on the move, I need pants that stay in place, and these are my top picks:
These are my favorite biker shorts! These are an investment but worth it. They have grown with me during pregnancy and postpartum. I have these in three colors and wear them the most out of all my biker shorts. I got a size 6!

First, you NEED these headbands! They are so soft and won’t give you a headache. I wear them multiple times a week!
It may sound weird, but I love wearing claw clips for my workouts and I found the comfiest ones from Teleties. The size medium work best for my hair type. If you have thick hair, may want to get the size large! If you have thinner hair, the size small would work best.
4. A Comfy Sweatshirt for Post-Workout Lounging
This is my all time favorite sweatshirt! Half zip, large hood, thumb holes, secret pocket… it’s got it all!
5. Can’t Forget the Socks & Undies!
These are the best seamless underwear from Target. I love wearing under leggings!
And these are my favorite socks from Amazon! They come in a big pack, are comfy, and are great for working out!
